Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information handled through the Credit Capital Consulting website, including the general contact channels and the detailed business application.

Scope

This policy applies to information collected through creditcapitalconsulting.com and communications that begin through the website. It does not control the independent privacy practices of a financing provider, credit bureau, professional adviser, email provider, or other third party.

CCC provides advisory and consulting guidance to business owners. The website is not a bank portal, customer account portal, or government website.

Information you provide

A general inquiry may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the non-sensitive message you choose to provide. Do not use the general contact channel to send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, EINs, bank statements, account credentials, or detailed financial records.

The full application requests information needed to understand the funding objective and business position. Depending on what you submit, this can include business identity and address information, EIN, ownership information, revenue and deposit estimates, current financing or merchant cash advance positions, outstanding balances, payment information, business context, and primary-owner details such as date of birth and Social Security number.

Information collected through site operation

Hosting, security, and abuse-prevention systems may process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, browser or device characteristics, requested route, origin, and challenge results. These systems are used to operate and protect the site.

Analytics is disabled unless it is configured and permitted. CCC’s application analytics contract excludes names, contact details, addresses, EINs, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, revenue, balances, free-text application content, and application reference IDs.

How information is used

CCC uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, review the business position, evaluate possible credit, capital, debt, or consulting paths, request clarification or supporting documents, communicate next steps, prevent abuse, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting information does not guarantee financing, approval, a rate, an amount, a timing result, a debt modification, or any other outcome.

Application delivery at launch

At launch, the website validates the completed application and transmits it through a configured transactional email service to an authorized CCC email inbox. The application website does not save a copy to an application database, CRM, customer portal, browser storage, or disk.

Conventional email is not end-to-end encrypted. Copies of the application may remain in the sending provider’s and recipient’s email systems according to their security, backup, access, and retention settings. CCC limits application delivery to the configured recipient and requires server-side validation before delivery.

Service providers and required disclosures

CCC may use providers that support website hosting, transactional email, security challenges, and other necessary operations. Those providers process information for their contracted services and are subject to their own terms and controls.

CCC may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or work with professional advisers. A financing provider or other third party will have separate terms and privacy practices when information is shared with that party with authorization or as otherwise permitted.

Retention and security

CCC retains information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. Because launch applications are delivered by email, retention and deletion also depend on the configured mailbox and transactional-email systems.

CCC uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No website, transmission method, or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive application information through unapproved channels.

Your choices and requests

You may ask CCC to review, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to identity verification, legal obligations, and applicable exceptions. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction.

Send a request to admin@creditcapitalconsulting.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Do not include a Social Security number, date of birth, or other sensitive authentication information in the first email. CCC may need to verify the request before acting.

Children, changes, and contact

The website is intended for business owners and authorized business representatives, not children. CCC does not knowingly invite children to submit personal information through the application.

CCC may update this policy as the website, delivery method, or legal requirements change. The updated date identifies the current posted version. Questions may be directed to admin@creditcapitalconsulting.com or (929) 270-8858.
