Important Disclosures

These disclosures explain key boundaries that apply when using CCC’s website, consulting content, and application process.

Credit Capital ConsultingLast updated

CCC’s role

Credit Capital Consulting is an advisory and consulting business that helps business owners evaluate credit, capital, debt, and cash-flow strategies. The website does not present CCC as a bank, government agency, or the party making a third-party financing decision.

A discussion with CCC is not a financing approval or commitment. Any financing or third-party service is subject to separate review, provider requirements, documentation, and agreement.

No guaranteed result

CCC does not guarantee approval, eligibility, a credit score change, deletion of accurate credit information, a rate, a financing amount, funding speed, refinancing, consolidation, settlement, payment reduction, or any other outcome.

Examples, frameworks, and illustrative interface labels explain a review process. They are not customer data, performance claims, underwriting results, or forecasts.

Financing terms and costs

Owners should review the complete terms of any option, including proceeds, total repayment or cost, payment amount and frequency, fees, term, collateral, guarantees, security interests, liens, covenants, prepayment mechanics, default provisions, reporting requirements, and renewal assumptions.

A lower periodic payment does not necessarily mean a lower total cost. A faster decision does not necessarily mean a more suitable structure. Compare options using the actual agreements and seek independent advice where appropriate.

Credit information

Credit reporting and scoring can involve multiple sources and models. A profile review may identify factual inconsistencies or readiness questions, but accurate negative information may remain reportable and a score can change for reasons outside CCC’s control.

No website content authorizes a credit inquiry. CCC will not add a credit-authorization checkbox unless exact language and the intended process have been approved.

Debt, consolidation, and MCA matters

Debt consolidation and merchant cash advance matters depend on the existing agreements, current balances, payment history, provider decisions, and applicable law. A possible path may not be available or may leave some obligations unresolved.

CCC does not provide legal representation, erase valid debt, or guarantee a settlement or contract modification. Consult qualified counsel about disputes, collection activity, judgments, deadlines, insolvency, or legal rights.

Professional advice

CCC’s general financial and strategic guidance is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. A qualified professional should review material legal rights, tax consequences, accounting treatment, and contractual commitments.

Do not delay responding to a legal notice or professional deadline because of information on this website.

Nationwide service

CCC may work with business owners in all 50 U.S. states. That statement describes service reach; it does not mean that every financing option is available in every state or that the same requirements apply in every jurisdiction.

Availability, provider requirements, and applicable disclosures can vary by location and transaction.

Editorial imagery

People and business scenes shown on the site are illustrative editorial imagery. Unless a page expressly identifies an approved, verified testimonial, pictured people are not presented as CCC customers and no result should be inferred from an image.
