Accessibility

CCC aims to make its website and application usable by people with diverse abilities, technologies, and ways of interacting.

Our approach

CCC uses semantic structure, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, readable contrast, responsive layouts, form labels and error guidance, reduced-motion support, and text alternatives for meaningful imagery. The site’s implementation target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Content, browser behavior, assistive technology, and third-party services can change, so CCC reviews reported barriers and prioritizes practical fixes.

Application assistance

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using the application, contact CCC at (929) 270-8858 or admin@creditcapitalconsulting.com. Explain the page, control, and format involved, along with the type of assistance you need.

Do not include a Social Security number, date of birth, bank statement, or other sensitive application information in the initial email. CCC will discuss an appropriate alternative method.

Report a barrier

When reporting an accessibility issue, include the page address, a short description of what happened, the device or browser if relevant, and any assistive technology you were using. You do not need to disclose a disability.

CCC will acknowledge actionable feedback when contact information is provided and will work toward a reasonable response or alternative.

Third-party content

Some links or operational services may lead to systems controlled by third parties. CCC does not control every aspect of those systems but welcomes notice when a third-party barrier affects access to a CCC process.
